Client: Vibrant Life Oklahoma

Goal: To create a home health business for Dr. Warren that gets away from insurance billing going from traditional chiropractic care to a cash business in natural health and wellness.  Establish a new brand, Vibrant Life Oklahoma, as the leader in natural health and wellness treating patients in their home or office in the Tulsa area through marketing, PR, sales, and partnerships.  The goal was to create a brand, a website, and marketing plan to open a new revenue stream for Dr. Warren, give him the freedom to not be tied to an office, and create a cash business that is not relying on insurance. tulsa-marketing-firms

Marketing/PR Plan: Utilize local media to brand Dr. Warren as the health and wellness expert in Tulsa, create a website that is search engine friendly, become top in Google through search engine optimization locally and nationally for key terms, and create key partnerships with niche groups to treat their members.

Results: After 2 years, Dr. Warren’s business is now 70% home health and 30% chiropractic care. His monthly revenue has gone up 375%. Vibrant Life Oklahoma is getting at least 5 leads per week locally and nationally for key terms through search engine optimization.
